Performs a variety of procedures for patella stabilisation including hamstring tendon MPL reconstruction. Mr Gleeson is able to perform knee replacement surgery with the aid of robotics.

Trained at University College London Medical School and worked in London and Bristol as a junior doctor before taking a position on the Bristol Orthopaedic Registrar training scheme. Then undertook a specialist knee fellowship in Sydney, Australia with Dr Pinczweski, an internationally renowned knee surgeon. He has had published research comparing fixed and mobile bearing unicompartmental knee replacements. Mr Gleeson has also been involved in research on the long-term follow up of modern ACL reconstruction and assessment of a new bearing surface for total knee replacements.

All staff were very pleasant and convivial..6weeks in, although still in some pain, the knee is healing very well..No problem at all with post op infections.
